In Philippians 3:1-3, Paul strongly warns the Philippians against the Judaizers who were strill trying to bring believers under the Mosaic law. He reminds them that we are the circumcision. Our standing and covenant with God is based solely on the work of Jesus Christ. We have no confidence in our fleshly attainments - and full confidence in what He has done for us.
