In John 17 - Jesus pours out the desire of His heart to the Father. He came to bring us into union with Himself, the Father and the Holy Spirit. This is the perfection of us. This is where we find our completeness. This is His one desire - and the joy that was set before Him as He went to the cross. To Him, we were worth it all.
