What is a Hypocrite?

Before teaching the disciples to pray, Jesus warned them to not be like the hypocrites.  Many times, the enemy will accuse of us of being hypocrites - but what is a hypocrite according to Jesus?  With right understanding from scripture, we can quench the false accusations of the enemy - while helping to guard our hearts from being hypocritical.  This is essential preparation for intimate prayer with Jesus.
